Is your stuff made in Australia?

Most of the items on our site are made in Australia, specifically shirts and jumpers. However, other items, such as hats and flags, are sourced from manufacturers in the United States to keep costs down while maintaining quality.
For our international customers, we source items in accordance with your location, in order to keep shipping costs down.

Do you do Bulk/ Wholesale orders?

Yes, we do. We offer lower rates and discounted prices for bulk and wholesale orders. We do have minimum order quantities for wholesale orders, so best thing to do is get in touch to discuss your options.

What are your processing times

We usually process your order 24 hours from when you placed it. the reason we do so is to allow you to make any corrections or cancellations for any reason, as we do not offer returns or exchanges (see our 'return policy').

Once we process your order, it will take up to 5 working days to make. It will take anywhere between 14 - 18 working days from the time you place the order until you receive it. These times are only estimates, and it will all depend on the volumes that we are currently dealing with. If an item is marked as ‘pre-order’, we won’t process the orders until the ‘pre-order’ period stated is finished.

I ordered an item that doesn't fit me, what can I do?

We encourage you to check our sizing charts and make sure you know what size you are as all of our garment sizes are listed on our website. However, our undershirts are a fitted cut; therefore, if you like your clothes a loose fit, please consider ordering the next size up. As we are printing stock to order, and we don't hold any stock on hand, we are unable to return or refund your item/s as per our return/refund policy. However, drop us a message to let us know that your size isn't fitting you, and we will work with you to make things right again.

 

I changed my mind and no longer want my item

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind on purchases. However, if you have changed your mind within 12 hours of your purchase, we can cancel your order and issue you a refund.

My item arrived damaged

If your items arrived damaged, please drop us a message so we can rectify it for you.

We will ask you a couple of questions and ask for some photos (for our records and investigation). If we find that the garment was indeed sent out to you damaged, we will smack Jack and send you a new item, minus the damage.

We reserve the right to try and send you out a new item, and should we fail, due to stock or timing issues, we will issue you a refund.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do, however, at the moment, due to logistic issues with auspost, we only ship to the UK and NZ at this point.

Who do you deliver with?

We use Australia Post for our delivery services; that way, we can keep the cost of shipping down, and maintain the integrity of our merchandise in transit.
