Returns / Exchanges
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, wrong size, or wrong variant selection. There is a sizing chart available on the site in order to ensure you order the correct size. If you realise you made an error with your size or variant i.e colour, you have 24 hours from the moment the order was placed to make changes by contacting us via e-mail with your Order Number and correct size at wppseven@gmail.com
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for items that have developed a fault as a result of the manufacturing process and or printing process. Note that incorrect washing and carrying of the merchandise does not constitute a manufacturing fault. we reserve the right to try and rectify the fault first by replacing the item. If we can't replace the defective item due to a lack of stock or a discontinued line, we will then seek to issue a refund. Refunds may take anywhere from 5-10 business days to reflect in your account via your bank.
Stolen, lost, or returned packages
We will not be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping services.
The customer will be responsible for the reshipment of any order that is returned to us for reasons such as insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc.
